Abhay Singh

Abhay Singh is currently pursuing PhD. at IIM Visakhapatnam. Before this, he completed MBA in Marketing and Operations from MNNIT Allahabad and B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from AKTU Lucknow. Between his undergraduate and postgraduate courses, he gained four years of work experience in the operations domain. During this time, he has taken various roles in production operations, project management, process engineering, and other production-related activities.

In his previous roles, Abhay worked with companies in various sectors, including the Automobile, Home Furnishing, Lighting, and Consulting industries.

Aniket Bhushan

Aniket Bhushan is a PhD Scholar in Economics and Finance at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, where he has also been affiliated with the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chair. With a strong foundation in public policy and the circular economy, he has contributed his expertise to several government-led projects, working closely with senior officials on issues of public importance.
His research lies at the intersection of FinTech, financial literacy, and financial inclusion, with a particular focus on how technology-driven financial systems can enhance equity, accessibility, and efficiency in emerging economies. He is driven by the aspiration to bridge empirical research with actionable policy insights, contributing to inclusive and sustainable financial development.
Aniket has been actively involved in projects that advance the values of social justice and equity, reflecting the enduring legacy of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in fostering societal well-being and empowerment.
