Starting PhD journey from the Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam, is one of my dreams come true. My diverse academic background would help in trans disciplinary research under the guidance of the esteemed faculties of IIM Visakhapatnam. The kind of facilities and support provided will help generate newer knowledge about one of the most unaddressed issues in India’s human resource management.
