Duration of the Program
The student will be expected to complete the programme in four years, including a maximum of one year of coursework. Under special circumstances, an extension may be granted to the student. In any case, the entire program should be finished within six years.

Eligibility                                                                  
  • A master’s degree (bachelor’s degree obtained in 10+2+3 pattern, followed by a master’s degree) or a Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in any discipline, with at least 55*# percent marks in the bachelor’s as well in the master’s degrees.
(or)
  • A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 50*# percent marks and B. Com/Degree with 55* percent marks.
(or)
  • 4 year / 8 semesters bachelor’s degree (10+2+4 pattern) with at least 6.5 CGPA or equivalent.
(And)
  • A minimum 10 years of full-time work experience in managerial, executive, or professional roles following graduation is mandatory as on 31 March 2024.
 
# Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) and Persons-with-Bench Mark Disabilities will be given a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks requirement.

* The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In the case of grades / CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/ Institution. If any University/Institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

The programme is open to Indian nationals residing in India only.

Age Limit
There is no upper age limit for the candidates. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience at the supervisory or above level in Government, autonomous bodies, research centres, PSUs, educational institutes, or private organizations.

Selection Criteria
Shortlist for Personal Interview (PI)
The shortlisting of the candidates for PI will be based on the Statement of Purpose (SOP), previous academic qualifications, and professional accomplishments.    

Personal Interview
There will we two rounds of personal interviews. Upon being shortlisted for personal interview, in the first round the candidate shall appear for a personal interview in front of the Expert panel. The panel will assess the suitability of the candidates for the program based on the portfolio of the candidate. The candidate will be especially assessed based on Statement of Purpose (SOP) apart from academic record, professional accomplishments, etc. Shortlisted candidates in the first round of PI will be called for the second round of PI basically to test the suitability of the candidate into the Program at a broader level.

Meeting the eligibility criteria alone does not guarantee a candidate's inclusion in the shortlist for a personal interview. Evaluation of candidates will be based on the Statement of Purpose (SOP), previous academic qualifications, and relevant work experience by the area faculty, determining the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
   
Preparing The Merit List
Merit List will be prepared based on Personal Interview Score, Academic Qualification, Relevant Work Experience, professional accomplishments, and Research Statement of Purpose (SOP).
