She is a keen learner and has done various certifications like DISC Certification, Emotional & spiritual Intelligence trainer, Competency Assessor, ISTD, Associate from Insurance Institute of India and Mind -map certification. She is pursuing her PhD from IIM Vishakhapatnam.

She proactively partners with business in identifying opportunities and shaping high- performing cultures. She has worked with companies like ICICI, Max New York life, Tata consulting Engineers and Future group. She has also worked as an independent learning consultant across industries and helped them establish their learning strategy. Convincing power and out of the box thinking are key strengths with strong liaison & relationship skills.
