Pursuing my PhD at IIM Visakhapatnam is truly a dream come true a milestone I have cherished for years and am now fortunate enough to live every single day. This journey is not just an academic pursuit for me; it is a deeply personal aspiration shaped by my passion for Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, and the impact these fields have on people, workplaces, and society. Being part of a premier institution like IIMV fills me with immense pride, responsibility, and gratitude.

I feel exceptionally blessed to learn, grow, and conduct research under the guidance of an extraordinary faculty team. The professors in IIMV with their remarkable academic profiles, profound expertise, and inspiring dedication to scholarship, motivate me to push my boundaries and strive for excellence in everything I do. Their mentorship is not just academic it shapes my thinking, my confidence, and my evolution as an emerging researcher.

I am equally grateful to the highly supportive and cooperative administrative staff, whose constant encouragement and seamless assistance make this demanding journey smoother and more meaningful. The environment at IIMV fosters curiosity, discipline, and collaboration, making it an ideal space to develop as a scholar.

Being part of this PhD programme is one of the greatest privileges of my life. Every step reminds me that I am exactly where I am meant to be learning, growing, and working towards contributing something valuable to the world of research.

I am proud of this journey, grateful for this opportunity, and excited for the path ahead.
