Executive Certificate Programme in Advanced Strategic Human Resource Management Batch 2
The six-month journey of learning of the Advanced Strategic HRM Executive Certificate Programme ended with a campus immersion at IIM Visakhapatnam. Led by Programme Directors Prof. Bishakha Majumdar and Prof. Amit B. Chakrabarti, 58 participants successfully completing the course, covering ten comprehensive modules on topics such as AI and HRM, HR Analytics, Design Thinking, and Compensation and Benefits.
In their feedback, practitioners shared that the programme deepened their understanding of theory, while academics noted the real-world value it added to their perspectives.
The Chief Guest, Smt. Lakshmi Mukkavilli, Managing Director at Patra India BPO Services, shared valuable insights on managing the workforce versus designing it in alignment with technological changes, and on the collaborative functionality of HR. She highlighted the role of HR as the custodian of both the organization and its people, and emphasized diversity, equity, and inclusion as core company values, along with the importance of leading with clarity, conviction, and courage.
The ceremony featured special recognition, including merit certificates and the Popular Choice Award for exceptional presentation and speakers.
