IIM Visakhapatnam Concludes Digital Transformation Strategy and Leadership Program (Batch 2)
The 11-month Post Graduate Certificate Program in Digital Transformation Strategy and Leadership (Batch 2) concluded with a two-day campus immersion and a valedictory ceremony at IIM Visakhapatnam.
Prof. Chandrasekhar M, Director of the institute, addressed the cohort as the Chief Guest. He spoke about India’s digital transformation journey and its immense potential. He emphasized that transformation should be simple, scalable, and driven by structural reforms. Pointing to the exciting opportunities ahead, he urged participants to be catalysts and contribute actively to this journey.
Participants, with an average of 16 years of experience, said the program helped them connect the dots through structured frameworks. Many spoke about the personal transformation it brought, with one even sharing that it helped overcome a mid-career crisis. The participants thanked the Program Directors, Prof. Neena Pandey and Prof. Abhishek Srivastava, for their support and guidance during the program.
