Advanced Leadership and Change Management Program Batch-03
29th November: The six-month advanced management program witnessed the participation of over 50 mid-career professionals with an average work experience of 12–15 years. The comprehensive curriculum covered key areas such as the fundamentals of human behaviour, leadership styles, and change management. The concluding holistic module featured interdisciplinary sessions on finance, data analytics, and information technology.
Participants reported a significant shift in mindset and approach to leadership as a key outcome of the program. They expressed sincere appreciation to the Program Directors, Prof. Anupama Sharma and Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee, for creating a stimulating, inclusive, and high-impact learning environment.
The Chief Guest for the valedictory session, Prof. P. R. S. Sharma, Dean (Building & Works), underscored the long-term value of advanced management education in shaping effective leaders. Drawing from his professional journey, he spoke on leadership through unconventional perspectives, redefining ROI as “Return on Inspiration,” the role of creative and collaborative research, and strategies for leading in times of uncertainty.
A major highlight of the event was the distribution of merit certificates to participants for the best-case study presented during the program.
