MDP for Executives from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. conducted at IIM Visakhapatnam
The Indian Institute of Management, Visakhapatnam, successfully concluded a three-day Management Development Program on 'How to Say It at Work: Skills to Communicate with Superiors, Colleagues, and External Customers' for executives from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd at its permanent campus on Friday. Twenty-six officers from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd. participated in this program.
Prof. Sunitha, Program Director summarized the program. She added that participants delved into the intricate art of effective communication—a skill that forms the backbone of successful leadership. Throughout this program, they navigated the nuances of communication with superiors, colleagues, and external customers and explored strategies, honed their techniques, and shared invaluable insights.
Sharing their experiences from the program, participants expressed gratitude to the faculty, appreciated the course content, and mentioned that the learning from IIMV has enriched their mindset on communication skills.

During her valedictory address, Prof. M. V. Anuradha, Dean of Administration, IIMV, congratulated the participants, highlighting that executives from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd. have embarked on a transformative learning journey hosted by IIM Visakhapatnam. Over the past three days, participants delved into strategies to enhance communication skills for effective workplace interactions. She added that by sharing knowledge, we are serving society and the nation.
