Prior to joining IIM Visakhapatnam, he worked as Assistant Professor at IMI New Delhi. He has previously worked in IMT Ghaziabad, IISc Bangalore, Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan etc. He holds a PhD degree from IISc Bangalore. His doctoral thesis topic is "Predicting Innovation Capability at Team Levels: An Exploratory Analysis".
His research primarily focuses on Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
