Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Gottingen, Germany. Before this, she also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Delhi, and as Junior Consultant at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi. She holds a PhD degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her research lies at the intersection of Health and Environmental Economics.
