Bishakha Majumdar is a Fellow (PhD) in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Prior to joining IIM Visakhapatnam, she has been an Assistant Professor at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. She has been a faculty of Psychology at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the University of Calcutta, a UGC Project Fellow for the DRS programme on Student Mental Health and Health Seeking Behaviour, and a Master Trainer for HIV/AIDS counsellors under the World Bank GFATM (Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis, & Malaria) Programme. She is also a certified POSH Trainer from the Indian Society of Training and Development, New Delhi.

In Psychology, she has taught courses in General and Social Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Research Methodology, and Community Psychology. Her teaching interests lie in micro and macro-OB courses, Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, and Employee Relations.
