MARKETING 5.0 INROADS TO TECHNOLOGY & SUSTAINABILITY

The world is rapidly evolving, and marketing is no exception. In the past, marketing was about creating catchy slogans and eye-catching advertisements. In the wake of the digital transformation of business and the revival of world economies post-pandemic, the role of marketers has evolved beyond selling products and services. Today, marketing is about creating meaningful connections with consumers, promoting social responsibility, and driving sustainable growth. Marketing 5.0 as described by renowned marketing guru and researcher, Prof. Philip Kotler, focuses on how the use of technology in the domain of marketing can help fulfil customer need and wants. It proposes a wider scope of marketing where the wellness of society is involved through technological innovations.

Marketing 5.0 is a new paradigm in marketing that focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers by integrating technology, sustainability, and social responsibility. The latest marketing evolution brings together traditional marketing practices and innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. Marketing 5.0 is about creating an emotional bond with customers by providing personalized experiences, promoting social responsibility, and driving sustainable growth.

Vipanan 2023 is a hybrid conference and attempts to broaden and deepen the discussions on Marketing 5.0. The conference will cover a range of topics that will help the participants stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, strategies, and technologies. The participants will learn how to leverage the power of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and other innovative techniques to create a memorable customer experience. Participants will discover how they can positively impact the world through sustainable marketing practices. All the participants should take advantage of this opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights into the future of marketing.
