MDPS, FDPS AND CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS



      Executive Development Program in Marketing
      Analytics
          25 SEPTEMBER

       IIMV concluded a 60-hour online certificate course in Marketing
       Analytics, with Prof. Amit Shankar, Faculty, IIMV (Marketing area)
       as the Program Director. Launched in collaboration with NuLearn
       on 12 June 2021, this certificate program focused on developing

       advanced marketing analytics skills in marketing professionals.
       38 participants, with an average of 12 years of industry
       experience, benefitted from the program.


       MDP IOCL o cers ‘Madhyama’ 1 & 2

          25 SEPTEMBER
       As the Knowledge Partner of the Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management (IiPM), IIMV conducted
       two four-day Management Development Programs - ‘Madhyama’- Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)
       officers. The objective of this training program was to harness and maximize the leadership potential of

       the participants and thereby enhance personal and professional effectiveness. Some of the topics
       covered during these sessions include: the art of communication and negotiation, business ethics &
       individual ethics, business etiquette and its impact on business, customer delight: the ultimate goal,
       emerging trends: Industry 4.0., influencing skills, key statutory regulations: a must know (e.g., RTI, POSH,
       SC/ST act etc.), and my role in organizational success. Madhyama 1 was scheduled between 25
       September and 4 October, and Madhyama 2 was scheduled between 4 and 10 December.



















       FDP on Data Analytics – AICTE ATAL
          4 OCTOBER

       A 5-day AICTE ATAL Online Faculty Development
       Program (FDP) on Data Analytics for Research and
       Publication was conducted at IIMV by Prof. Amit Shankar,
       faculty, IIMV (Marketing area). The objective of the online
       FDP program was to provide the participants an insight
       into different data analysis tools and techniques used in

       management research such as MS Excel, SPSS, and R.
       Over 80 participants, including faculty and research scholars from different institutions participated in this
       program.
