Executive Development Certi cate Program in Strategic Human Resource Management

IIMV, in partnership with NuLearn, concluded the first online Executive Development Certificate Program in
Strategic Human Resource Management. The five-month long program, led by Prof. Bishakha Majumdar

and Prof. Balaji Subramanian, faculty at IIMV (OBHR area), saw the participation of sixty-five
management and HR professionals from various organisations. With live, online weekend classes, this
program included modules such as Strategic HRM, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Design
Thinking in HRM, HR Analytics, and Finance for HR, and involved engaging class discussions and
exercises, latest industry insights, and group projects.
