Decision Sciences uses economics, machine learning, statistical decision theory, operations research, forecasting, behavioural decision theory, and cognitive psychology. In general, Decision Sciences at IIMV tries to answer important and interconnected questions of complex business systems. By teaching, training, and research we help people, especially managers, improve their decision making? Decision sciences researchers use a wide range of methods to help people make better decisions, such as improving statistical intuition and quantitative decision analysis.
