The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of IIMV organized a workshop on ‘Gender Sensitivity at the Workplace’ on 28 March 2022. The speaker, Ms. Jaha Ara, Member, ICC IIMV, and Senior Advocate, Visakhapatnam, spoke on the prevailing gender sensitivity issues and emphasized the need for gender sensitization to create a safe work environment for women. She also talked about the modus operandi of the ICC, the process of filing a complaint, and ways to build an inclusive organization.

The mandatory awareness program, conducted in Telugu, was attended by the ICC members, non-teaching staff members, housekeeping staff, and members of the security services at the IIMV campus.
