Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam conducted a four day Leadership Development Program on Design Thinking for Innovation Mindset for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) officers between 7 and10 March 2022. This virtual program, led by Prof. Amit B Chakrabarti and Prof. Deepika Gupta, included topics such as utilizing tools effectively to solve complex problems, performing hands-on activities that facilitate understanding of the design thinking mindset etc. The program focussed on enhancing the understanding of core concepts of design thinking i.e., empathy, brainstorming, prototyping, and storytelling.
