IIMV FIELD

THE MAJOR RESOURCES AND INSPIRATIONS WHICH HELPED US DESIGN THE
      PROGRAM WERE:

      1. Taare Zameen Par – A movie by Aamir Khan about a dyslexic kid and how he deals with his
condition with the help of his teacher and guide.

      2. Whole New Mind – A book by Daniel H. Pink on how conceptual thinkers will play a crucial role
in the new age and various other paradigm shifts.

      3. Big Bang Theory – A TV series based on various divergent-thinking individuals. The main lead,
Sheldon, represents the quintessential divergent individual (savant, OCD, and autism).

      4. Divided Brain - The TED talk video by Ian Mc Gilchrist helped us understand the brain further
and the scientific aspect of it.

      5. Nurturing Creativity – The program at IIM Bangalore by Prof. Ramya Ranganathan helped us
understand Management and the Indian context for our venture.

      CHALLENGES:

Entrepreneurship: Seed capital - We need seed capital for this massive social enterprise that can impact
individuals from various age groups and sectors. We need to find a Genie to give us the right kind of resources
like Aladdin and have a magic carpet that allows us to travel to different places to spread this message.

We also need a guide and mentor who can assist us on the journey to build a kingdom like Agrabah.

Clients: Driven by both genetic and environmental factors, an estimated 15 to 20 percent of the world’s
population exhibits some form of neurodivergence. To build a proper service mechanism to cater to the
needs of such a high percentage, we need to establish a school similar to Xavier’s School from the X-Men

movie where individuals can find a safe space to explore their neurological abilities
Research: Taking this ongoing research from a nascent stage to an advanced stage, which includes scientific

validation and producing certified trained professionals, the journey is similar to Alice in Wonderland. One has
to go down the rabbit hole to find new magical tools and methods to unleash the potential of neurodivergent
      individuals.

HOW THE SOCIAL IMPACTPRENEURS PROGRAM HELPED US:
It is a nestled abode for our concept. The following ways the Social Impactpreneurs program has helped us

explore our highly potential concept of neurodivergence with the 3Rs.

      1. Railway Station – Helped us form and shape our train of thought processes with the help of online
mentoring and tutoring by expert faculty and other experienced professionals.

      2. Runway of Airport – Provided us with various networking events where we could discuss our
ideas and give flight to our imagination with the help of various workshops and networking.

      3. Rocket Launch – Provided us with various free online resources and financial leads to
          launch our venture.
