tists of NSTL-DRDO across three batches, and focused on advanced skills in R&D Managementsuch as
project management, planning and execution, and human resource development.

Inaugural session of CII Andhra Pradesh HR &
IR Conference

The Director, Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, IIM Visakhapat-
nam addressed the Inaugural session of the CII Andhra

Pradesh HR & IR Conference. He emphasized on the
need to view the pandemic-related disruption as an
opportunity to bring a change in workspaces and

adapt to healthier work practices. He stressed on the
importance of adapting performance metrices to
non-monitored working, and empowering workers to
be productive in a gig environment, to cater to the
increasingly decentralized nature of work.

Affairs, Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman, when she visited Visakhapatnam. In his meeting, the Director explained
the progress of the Institution and highlighted its uniqueness, and its achievementssince its inception.
