ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A three-day capacity building programme for
Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) senior
management officers at IIM Visakhapatnam.
The objective of this program is to equip leaders
with the skills, mindset, and tools necessary to lead
effectively in today's dynamic business
environment, where change is constant, and
innovation is key to success. By focusing on
developing critical leadership skills, advancing
strategic adaptability, cultivating innovative
mindsets, and navigating complex changes, the
program aims to empower leaders to drive positive
change and achieve organizational goals.
