ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The objective is to enhance managerial skills
among middle-level employees of L&T. Through
targeted training and development initiatives,
participants will gain comprehensive knowledge
and practical insights into various aspects of
effective management. This includes but is not
limited to leadership, decision-making,
communication, problem-solving, project
management, and team coordination. By honing
these skills, employees will be better equipped to
navigate complex challenges, drive organizational
growth, and contribute significantly to L&T's
success in the competitive business landscape.
