ABOUT EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS

IIMV offers tailor-made, custom-designed Online Management Development Programs and
Institute Management Development Programs for industry professionals. These two categories

of programs are aimed at broadening the horizons of participants, strengthening their skills,
and preparing them to excel as managers, leaders, educators, researchers, or academic
administrators, as the case may be. The programs are available in both online and offline

formats to accommodate diverse learning preferences and schedules.

The Management Development Programs and Faculty Development Programs have been

conducted for specific institutions such as MATI NAD Visakhapatnam, DRDO, HSL, Indian Oil
Corporation, NTPC, L&T, DoPT-GoI, Young Scientist Modules , Central Vigilance Commission,
and Ministry of Education, etc. to name a few. Additionally, the institute regularly offers open

enrolment MDPs and FDPs covering various topics of current relevance, catering to a wide
audience.

Workshop on 'Contract Management and Dispute Resolution' was conducted with the
technical support of World Bank. The workshop on 'Contract Management and Dispute
Resolution' benefited immensely from the technical expertise and support extended by the

World Bank. By leveraging this support, the institute successfully conducted the workshop,
which played a pivotal role in enhancing its reputation and recognition.

In collaboration with the 6 Marketing Agencies (Uptop, Nulearn, Timespro, Accredian,
LevensloopLEAP, Jaro), IIMV offers online MDP programs ranging from 6 months to 12 months
in duration. These programs are designed to provide comprehensive training and skill

development opportunities for professionals seeking to enhance their management
capabilities.

During the FY: 2023-24, a total of 646 professionals underwent training through the Institute's
Management Development Programs (IMDPs), while another 1265 professionals participated in

various Online MDP/Certificate Programs. This data underscores the Institute's commitment to
professional development and capacity building across different formats.

A total of 1911 professionals underwent training as part of the Executive Education program at
IIM Visakhapatnam during the FY 2023-24.
