ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A three-day capacity building programme for
Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) senior
management officers at IIM Visakhapatnam.
The objective of the program is to provide
participants with a comprehensive understanding
of key aspects of organizational management in
the contemporary business environment. Through
in-depth exploration of organization structure,
conflict resolution, negotiation strategies, and
stress management techniques, participants will
develop the skills necessary to navigate complex
organizational dynamics effectively. Additionally,
the program will focus on fostering innovation,
strategic planning, and customer relationship
management to enable participants to drive
sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
