ABOUT THE PROGRAM

A 6-Day Foundation Course in General
Management for E5 level executives of NTPC at the
Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam
(IIMV).

The objective of the program is to empower
participants with a diverse skill set essential for

leadership excellence in the modern business
landscape. Through focused sessions on
awareness building PCLS, participants will cultivate
self-awareness and interpersonal competencies
crucial for effective leadership. Moreover, the
program will delve into financial essentials tailored
