ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A 5-Day MDP on Project Uncertainty and Risk
Management for DRDO professionals at the Indian
Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV).
The objective of the program is to equip
participants with a comprehensive understanding
of project uncertainty and risk management
principles, methodologies, and tools. Participants
will learn to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
effectively throughout the project lifecycle, thereby
enhancing project success rates and minimizing
negative impacts on project objectives. Through
practical case studies and hands-on exercises,
participants will develop the skills necessary to
anticipate, analyze, and respond to uncertainties
and risks proactively, ultimately enabling them to
lead projects with greater confidence and
resilience in dynamic and uncertain environments.
