NURTURING FUTURE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The five-day residential NFLP program offered by
the Indian Institute of Management
Visakhapatnam (IIMV) for the National Institute of
Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA)
allows faculty members employed at all levels in
Indian HEIs to transform themselves from scholars
to leaders.
The objective of this program is to enable
participants to develop a profound understanding
of the knowledge, skills, and attributes essential for
effective leadership within academic institutions.
Through this, participants will identify the
challenges and key drivers in managing and
leading organizations. They will also cultivate
strategic thinking capabilities to spearhead
organizational change and inspire high-
performing teams within Higher Education
Institutions (HEIs).
