ABOUT THE PROGRAM

A 5-Day Training Program on “Situational
Awareness for Effective Leadership” for the
employees of BRANDIX at the Indian Institute of
Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV).

The objective of the program is to enhance the
leadership capabilities of BRANDIX employees by

fostering situational awareness skills essential for
effective decision-making and strategic
leadership. Through targeted training modules,
participants will develop the ability to assess and
interpret complex situations accurately, anticipate
challenges, and identify opportunities for
innovation and growth within the context of
BRANDIX's dynamic industry landscape
