ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A 3-Day Training Program on “ How to say it at
work: Skills to communicate with Superiors,
Colleagues and External Customers" for Executives
of POWERGRID at the Indian Institute of
Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV).
The objective of this program is to equip executives
from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd. with
essential communication skills to effectively
interact with superiors, colleagues, and external
customers in diverse professional settings. Through
targeted modules, participants will learn strategies
for articulating ideas clearly, conveying messages
persuasively, and fostering positive relationships in
the workplace. The program will focus on
developing verbal and non-verbal communication
techniques, active listening skills, and conflict
resolution strategies to enhance communication
effectiveness.
