successful completion of Business Analytics
and Data-Driven Decision-Making program

for batch 1. The valedictory event, graced by
esteemed Chief Guest Prof. Chatterjee, former
professor of Operations at MDI Gurgaon.
Prof. M Chandrasekhar, Director, IIMV,
highlighted the graduates’ achievements
and contributions. Prof. Chatterjee’s
insights emphasized data-driven strategies’
importance, inspiring future data leaders. The collaboration with upTop enhanced the educational experience.

Program Director Prof. Shivshanker Singh Patel expressed pride and gratitude to all contributors, extending
heartfelt congratulations to the graduates.

MMTTP Nurturing Future Leadership Program for Faculty of Public-funded HEIs

IIMV completed a five-day faculty development program between 11 and 15th Marrch, titled ‘Nurturing

Future Leadership Program’ that was sponsored by the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program (MMTP)
under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India. The program catered
to thirty faculty members from various Centrally Funded Institutions (CFIs) across India. The inaugural
session was honored by Prof. D V L N Somayajulu, Director and Chairman (Acting) of IIITDM Kurnool & IIIT
Sri City, who emphasized the program’s significance in light of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The program aimed to equip faculty members with leadership skills crucial for higher educational institutes’
effective management, aligning with NEP’s objectives.

The Program was led by Prof. Amit Baran Chakrabarti and Prof. M. Shameem Jawed
