and organizational flourishing. By fostering resilience, innovation, and adaptability, the capacity building
programs equip us to navigate the complexities of the modern landscape.

Saksham program conducted for India Oil Corporation Limited

The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam conducted second Saksham programs for officers of
the Indian Oil Corp Limited at the Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management, New Delhi. The program
was conducted between January 29 to February 2 with 17 participants. Prof Amit Baran Chakrabarti and
Prof Amit Shankar were the program directors. The six-day residential program was based on the Indian Oil
Leadership Competency Framework.
