Executive Development Program on Strategic Human Resource Management

IIM Visakhapatnam concluded the Valedictory for
the third batch of its online Executive Development
Program on Strategic Human Resource
Management on 13 April 2024. Prof. Bishakha

Majumdar, the Program Director, presented the
program summary. Senior HR practitioners, the
majority of the participants, shared positive
experiences about the course content and interactive
sessions. Smt. Gargi Pande Mitra, Associate Vice
President and Head of Talent Development Global
at Learning Mate, served as the Chief Guest. She congratulated the participants and emphasized the

importance of a growth mindset and continuous learning for People Managers today. The six-month
Strategic Human Resource Management Certificate Program, in partnership with Nulearn, welcomed 42

and more, led by Professors Bishakha Majumdar and Balaji Subramanian.
