Mr. Guhesh Ramanathan - New CEO at IIMV FIELD

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey as we welcome Guhesh Ramanathan as
our new CEO. With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, Guhesh has been a guiding force, providing
invaluable inputs in business direction, strategic growth, and forging meaningful partnerships. He has
guided over 8000+ startups and 100+ large enterprises on how to build innovation that can sustain. He
previously was the CEO and Founder of Excubator Consulting, and prior to that the COO of the NS Raghavan

Center of Enterpreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore.
Guhesh’s credentials speak volumes, having graduated from IIM Bangalore and IIT
(BHU) Varanasi. His wealth of experience and unique personality are set to bring a
new dimension to our community.

Beyond the boardroom, Guhesh’s passions are as diverse as the ventures he has
nurtured. As a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, he explores the depths of the
ocean, demonstrating his adventurous spirit. In the world of music, he is an amateur

guitarist and harmonica player, showcasing a creative side that complements his
business acumen.
We believe that Guhesh’s multifaceted talents will not only drive our institution to new heights but also inspire
and enrich the experiences of our community members. His commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly

with our vision for IIMV FIELD & Visakhapatnam.
We are excited about the journey ahead under his leadership and look forward to achieving new milestones

Impact Matters Bootcamp

04-05 SEPTEMBER

Impact Matters Bootcamp was organized by IIMVFIELD and NSRCEL at IIMV Gambhiram campus, as part of
the Women Startup Program. Over 40 startups incubated at IIMVFIELD and NSRCEL joined in person from
all over India, creating a dynamic and diverse environment for learning and collaboration.

The knowledge sharing and
networking sessions were a
catalyst for new connections and
innovative ideas, facilitated by the
dedicated teams from NSRCEL
and IIMVFIELD, as well as industry
experts. These moments of
interaction sparked collaborations
that hold the potential to drive
meaningful change.
