URBANNAPS (A STARTUP INCUBATED UNDER TIDE 2.0 PROGRAM) INVITED TO
WORLD HEALTH ASSEMBLY 2023

Urban Naps had the tremendous honor of being invited to the prestigious
World Health Assembly 2023 by the Health Innovation Exchange - HIEx
– a partnership platform dedicated to leveraging health innovations and
investment for the betterment of lives worldwide.

At the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland, the cutting-edge
Smart Napping Pod was showcased as a testament to the commitment
to revolutionizing wellness and well-being in people’s life. The Smart
Napping Pod incorporates state-of-the-art technology, ensuring a
peaceful and comfortable environment for short breaks. With features

such as the revolutionary Zero Gravity Seat, Ventilated Seat for a cool
experience, Hot Stone Massage for ultimate relaxation, and Gentle Back
Massage to relieve tension and back pain, their pod provides professionals
with the opportunity to recharge and optimize their productivity in today’s
fast-paced world.

The Inaugural of Women Startup Program Cohort 3

With 36 talented and ambitious Women Entrepreneurs joining
hands, this cohort became the largest at IIMV FIELD. The
journey of IIMV FIELD began with this program, supporting

25 startups in cohort 1 (2018-19) and 20 startups in Cohort
2 (2020-22). Throughout the event, we had the privilege of
hearing insightful observations from renowned speakers and
entrepreneurs. Prof. M. Shameem Jawed, Program Director and

Director (Operations) of IIMV FIELD, enlightened us regarding
the vision and impact of the Women Startup Program. In
Cohort 2, Ms. Shruti Ajmera-Reddy, Founder of Hapup, and
Ms. Harshita Lalchand, Founder of All is Well, shared their

entrepreneurial journeys, which were rife with obstacles,
victories, and the sheer pleasure of creating successful
businesses.

The keynote address by Ms. Lakshmi Mukkavilli, Managing Director of Patra India BPO services, left an indelible
mark, emphasizing the significance of cultivating innovation and creating an inclusive ecosystem for women
entrepreneurs. The third cohort of the Women Startup Program at IIMV FIELD is poised to create waves in the
startup world, empowering women to lead with passion and tenacit.
