SOLUTION

Much has been said and discussed regarding sustainability, particularly in the construction industry, but we
have attempted to simplify the complex terms and concepts so that people can understand and monitor
concepts such as energy efficiency, circular economy, and many others. The AI-driven digital community
for green building architecture has introduced the Green Calculator, a useful tool for sustainable product
navigation across the country, its pricing, installation, and many other resources for effortless comprehension.
Arch Manager is a new tool that has been introduced to the market in order to expand the community’s reach
in the long term, where we are currently offering services in php coding writer server. However, in the near
future, we will implement a Python server with block chain. In the near future, we will also offer machine

learning and AI features to our community members.

THE JOURNEY
Cofounded by Ar. Sayari De, who holds a Bachelor of Architecture from IIEST Shibpur, West Bengal, and a
Master of Architecture from the University of Glasgow, she has 15 years of experience with Developer houses,

where the major challenges she overcame included obtaining information on product material and technology
beyond advertorials and from vendors with whom she worked. The difficulty in accessing alternative options
while working on time-sensitive projects prompted her to create this tech-driven community-based platform
that empowers and provides information to the construction community to help them make and opt for
smarter choices under one roof and provide sustainable alternatives to traditional products and construction
techniques.

CHALLENGES

During the early stages of our community’s development, we encountered a number of obstacles. These
included educating our members about the sustainability movement, how to explore the products and
various sustainable alternatives, how to handle the installation process with ease, reaching out to more
people to promote the sustainability movement in the construction industry, and demonstrating the viability
of sustainable alternatives on the ground.

HOW TIDE 2.0 FROM IIMV FIELD HELPED THEM
All About Architecture’s startup story is reaching new heights of success thanks to the support, financial

assistance, and funding provided by the Tide 2.0 program. It has helped us reach a larger community market
and its members who foresaw sustainability as the next major step in the coming years. The finance helped
us expand the steady market with our newly developed and tested products from its pre-testing stage to the
final launch platform.

THE NEXT BIG THING ON THE BUSINESS AGENDA

We are concentrating on the development and dissemination of our multi-stakeholder products. In order
to reach out to the market, educate interested members of the sustainability community, and expand the
community, we are equipping our respective teams with the necessary knowledge and skills and teaching
them how to use and navigate software and tools. In an effort to attain sustainability in the coming years, we
are building this community.
