CAMPUS IMMERSION PROGRAM – SOCIAL IMPACTPRENEURS PROGRAM
17-18 JUNE
IIMV FIELD has conducted a Campus Immersion Program for startups in Phase 3 of Social Impactpreneurs
program at our IIMV Permanent Campus in Gambheeram.
This module is designed to provide entrepreneurs with an engaging experience of our new campus and its
vibrant community. It presents a fantastic opportunity to interact and learn from entrepreneurs, faculty, and
industry experts with different backgrounds and perspectives.
The startups in Social Impactpreneurs program have showcased their products and services to the esteemed
faculty of IIMV, passionate IIMV students, and industry experts. The event was a platform for these innovative
minds to present their ideas, demonstrate their solutions, and highlight their entrepreneurial spirit. Each
startup left us inspired and amazed!
A remarkable Knowledge Series session on “Building your brand in LinkedIn to increase the growth and
impact of social ventures” by Ms. Radhika Bajoria, LinkedIn’s Top Voice 2021 and Founder of Radically Yours
was conducted. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Ms. Radhika shared invaluable insights on
leveraging the power of LinkedIn to amplify the reach and influence of social ventures.
Mr.Satish K, Founder of Vizag Volunteers Association and MD of F9 Info Technologies Pvt Ltd and Kalam
Dream Labs Pvt Ltd, shared his incredible experience during this Campus Immersion Program. As the
President of his social venture Vizag Volunteers Association, he has spearheaded impactful projects to uplift
his community. Notably, the “I Love Vizag Beach” campaign has been instrumental in ensuring clean and safe
coastlines along the 32-kilometer stretch of Vizag. Through 501 beach cleanups, Mr. Satish and his team
made a lasting difference in creating a healthier environment for residents. Moreover, during the challenging
times of the COVID-19 pandemic & LG Polymers gas leak in Visakhapatnam, his venture mobilized over
2,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide essential services and support. Their collective efforts
have saved thousands of lives and inspired others to make a difference.
Dr. Archana, an academic turned development sector professional, has dedicated her expertise to fostering
measurability and accountability in social organizations. Her session at our Campus Immersion Program left
us inspired and equipped with strategic thinking initiatives, M&E practices, and social impact assessments.
With her extensive experience working across India, Dr. Archana emphasized the importance of immersion
in the field and community engagement in driving impactful work in the social space. Her passion for building
M&E practices and teams shines through, empowering social sector organizations to create lasting change.
The event concluded with an incredible Open House event where participants got the chance to engage in
an “Ask me anything” session with the esteemed faculty of IIMV.
The engaging discussions and interactive sessions fostered a dynamic learning environment, empowering
participants to broaden their perspectives and enhance their skills.
