He presented paper titled “Will Enterprise Metaverse be the next disruption?
Understanding risks associated with Metaverse adoption” at AIRSI 2023 The
Metaverse Conference, held on May 15-17, 2023. He also presented paper titled
“Engagement or social glue? An investigation of influential characteristics of virtual

influencers in Metaverse” at EMAC Annual Conference 2023, Odense/Denmark,
during May 23 – 26, 2023. Additionally, he presented paper titled “Engagement or
Social Glue? An Investigation of Influential Characteristics of Virtual Influencers in
Metaverse” at Academy of Marketing Doctoral Colloquium University of Birmingham,

UK during 3-6 July 2023.

Ms. Vasanthi Mamidala, PhD (2020 batch, Finance & Accounting area)
co-authored a paper titled “The changing dynamics of crypto mining and

environmental impact” with her thesis advisor Prof. Pooja Kumari. This paper has
been published in the International Review of Economics and Finance (ABDC- A,
Q1, ABS-2), Impact Factor: 4.5, Cite Score 5.7.
She presented a paper at the International Marketing Conference, Marketing 5.0

(Inroads to Technology and Sustainability) “VIPNAN” 2023 held on 5th and 6th
May 2023 held at the IIMV transit campus. She also presented a paper titled “Why
do consumers prefer mobile insurance services?,” co-authored along with Prof.
Pooja Kumari. She also presented a paper at the 16th Annual Behavioural Finance
Working Group (BFWG) conference, held on 12th and 13th June 2023, held at the
Hotel Holiday Inn, London, UK. Furthermore, she presented a paper at the two-day
International conference on Climate finance and Sustainable development-Risks
and Rewards (ICCFSD) 2023, held on 10th and 11th August 2023, held at the
University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University.

CONFERENCE PRESENTATION AND GUEST LECTURE BY FACULTY

Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee presented a paper titled, “Impact of Data

Visualisation on Accurate Interpretation of Data Analysis”, received the best
paper award at the International Conference on Technology, Innovation, and
Sustainability in Business Management (ICTIS 2023) which was held on 3 - 4

May 2023 at Middlesex University Dubai Campus.
