EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS





      He urged the participants to sincerely focus on the treasure of learning and grab the best out of this three-day
      program such that they can inculcate more ethics in their professional work and organizational environment.

      Welcoming the officials at the MDP inauguration, Prof. M Chandrashekhar, Director IIMV, stressed on the
      prominence of the usefulness of engaging interactions and shared learning of real-life experience and
      knowledge with working officials during the programme helps the faculty members as well. Referring to
      Augustine’s Law, he added that the process of achieving premier productivity along with sustainability

      management with effective teamwork and a timely decision-making can be prolific in the growth of an
      organization.
      The  valedictory  session  of  the  capacity  building  program  for  senior  management  officers  of  Hindustan
      Shipyard Limited (HSL) was held on June 7, 2023, and the Chief Guest, Cmde. Girideep Singh, IN(Retd),

      Director (Strategic Projects), HSL, addressed the audience. He expressed his gratitude and thankfulness to
      the IIMV for its support in organising a leadership program wherein the participants can unlearn and relearn
      various aspects like leadership qualities, conflict management, interpersonal skills, communication aspects
      and artificial intelligence trends. He further shared that these learnings are part of the major concepts which
      need to be developed continuously with time so that the organization can perform prolifically well in terms of
      business ethics. Congratulating the participants on successfully completing the capacity building program,
      Prof. Chandrasekhar M, Director IIMV, spoke about tenderness, togetherness, truthfulness, and thoughtfulness
      as major attributes of a leader which can help the team to perform exceedingly well. Sharing their experience

      over the program, participants expressed gratitude to the faculty members and said the learnings from the
      program have enriched their mindset on the topics of leadership management, communication skills, strategy
      planning, team management, and digital transformation, which will surely boost their productivity at work.
      The three-day program, led by Prof. Deepika Gupta as Program Director, covered all major aspects -related
      to enhancing managerial leadership skills and advanced strategic adaptability to accomplish changes by

      senior management in the organisation.
      At last, Prof. Deepika Gupta (Program Director) expressed her gratitude for the dignitaries. Prof. Preeti Virdi,
      Chairperson, Executive Education Programs hosted the session.
