IIMV celebrates the Vigilance awareness week

IIM V observed the Vigilance Awareness Week between 26 October and 1 November 2021. Faculty and
staff members took an integrity pledge, led by Prof. Deepika Gupta, Chief Vigilance Officer at IIM V. Prof. M.
Chandrasekhar, Director, IIM V, in his address underscored the nature and role of integrity as the first step

towards curbing corruption. The theme for this year's Vigilance week is 'Independent India @75: Self-Reli-
ance with Integrity'. A vigilance quiz competition was conducted on November 1 to raise awareness about
the significance of ethical conduct in building a corruption-free society.The first prize, shared by four partic-
ipants, went to Mr. A. Jayasimha Reddy, Mr. B Nayashaily, Mr. M S Subrahmanyam, and Mr. V Rajasekhar

M; the second to Mr. Navnath Pawar; and the third to Ms. Harika Madhu Priya. The first, second and third
prize winners were awarded cash prizes of INR 5000, 4000 and 3000 rupees respectively.

Gold Medal & Merit Certi cate Presentation Ceremony

IIM V organised the Gold Medal & Merit Certificate Presentation Ceremony for the current and the previous
two graduating batches of PGP, PGPEx, and PGCEP, at the IIMV campus. The prestigious Vani Row
Memorial Gold Medal, in memory of late Ms. Vani Row, prominent consultant, and investment banker, was
awarded to Ms. Mansi Gupta and Ms.

Divya Gupta, first rank holders of the
PGP 2020 and 2021 batches, respec-
tively. Ms. Rituparna Banerjee, second
rank holder of PGP 2020 batch, and Ms.

Ch Sathya Sravya, joint-first rank holder
of the PGP 2021 batch, were also
awarded the IIMV Gold Medal for Best
All-Round performance for their respec-

tive batches. Mr. Sachu S was awarded
the IIMV Gold Medal for overall 2nd
Position for the PGP 2021 batch.In the
