The event was followed by the nation wide Digital Inauguration and launch of the MGNF Program across

nine IIMs by Shri. Dharmendra Pradhan - Hon'ble Minister, MSDE, GoI. He noted that the Skill India Mission
under the guidance of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India is attaining great traction, creating livelihoods,
and transforming lives, and contributing to Atmanirbhar Bharat

Inauguration of Hostel-5 Building

2 SEPTEMBER

Shri. Prasad Dahapute, Member (BoG), IIMV, inaugurated Hostel-5
Building at MVP Colony Sector- 11. Currently, there are about 360
students in IIMV out of which 300 have already availed of the
accommodation facility. With the inauguration of Hostel-5 Building,
the remaining students can find a home away from home’, said the

Director. The event was attended by faculty, staff, and students at
the Institute, and physical distancing was thoroughly followed. Shri.
Prasad Dahapute is also the Chairman of IIMV Foundation for

Incubation, Entrepreneurial Learning & Development (IIMV-FIELD)
and Member of the Finance, Investment & Audit Committee (FIAC),
IIMV.

IIMV Vaccination Drive

23 OCTOBER
IIMV organized the final COVID-19 vaccination drive for staff and their dependent family members to

attain the 100% vaccination milestone. This vaccination drive was inaugurated by Dr. V Bhaskar Ram
(Medical officer) and Prof. Neena Pandey (Admin Coordinator). About 80 members from the IIM V family
