New Partnerships
IIMV-FIELD partnered with Aspire For Her, who are working towards improving the participation of
women in workforce through education and employment opportunities. Aspire For Her supports aspiring
and working women entrepreneurs with mentorship, coaching and capacity building activities. They have
a strong mentors’ pool with over 100 amazing women business leaders from various fields. Their
community has over 62000 members.We are very excited to work with Aspire For Her as an ecosystem
Promoting women entrepreneurship in IIMV and IIMV-FIELD,
Supporting our existing startups with networking/mentoring/capacity building programs,
Inspiring IIMV Students - both men and women,
Providing equal opportunities and improving diversity on campus, and
Conducting path breaking research with IIMV Faculty, publishing reports, research papers
and case studies.

Interaction with Ms. Lakshmi Teja, Founder of Sattva
Naturals

Some of our Women Startups got an opportunity to meet Ms. Lakshmi Teja,
Incubate of WSP2018 Program at IIMV. Founders of StartupsHapup, ProjoyProbioics
and CocoaBuzzz interacted with Lakshmi to discuss potential collaborations.
Interaction with Prof. Suresh Bhagavatula from IIM Bangalore

Some of the IIMV-FIELD incubated startups got an opportunity to meet Prof.
Suresh Bhagavatula of IIM Bangalore. Prof Suresh is the Director of Women
Startup Program at NSRCEL. Founders of Startups– Ms. Aruna Gali (School
Radio), Ms. Priyanka Achhpeliya (Aasmaan), Ms. Harshita Lalchand (All is Well),
Ms. Latha Sabbam (Cocoabuzzz) and Ms. Priyanka Tayi (Kula Studio) shared their
journey so far and the support received from IIMV-FIELD and NSRCEL in the
development of their businesses. All these startups are based out of Visakhapatnam and are working in
different sectors. Prof. Mohammad Shameem Jawed (COO & Director, IIMV-FIELD) &Mr. Harsha Vikas
Dhanalakota (Resident Mentor to Startups at IIMV-FIELD) also joined this session.
Interaction with Ms. Dipika Singh from Aspire for Her

Some of our Women Startups got an opportunity to meet Ms. Dipika Singh, Head
of Entreprenaari Program at AspireforHer. Founders of startupsHapup, School
Radio, Vivid Puzzles, SugarShell, People of Prints and Flow Experiences interacted
with Ms. Dipika for networking and Knowledge Support available through this
