Masterclass sessions

IIMV Foundation for Incubation, Entrepreneurial Learning & Development (IIMV-FIELD) organized three
2-hour Masterclass sessions between May and August 2021 by the faculty members from the Marketing
area. The first session was on ‘Marketing Promotions for Startups’ and the second one on
‘Understanding Consumer Behaviour for startups’ on 11th and 19th May respectively by Prof. Vivek

fourth Masterclass sessionswere on ‘Digital marketing, social media management and analytics’ and on
‘Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Analytics (Advanced Level)’ conducted by Prof. Amit
Shankar on 2nd and 3rd June respectively.

The Smarter Startup Program
26 JUNE

IIMV-FIELD organized a 3-Day workshop on, ‘The Smarter Startup
Program’ by Ms. Malavika R Harita (Founder & CEO - Brand Circle;
Member, Board of Governors – IIM V; Resident Mentor - NSRCEL, IIM
Bangalore; Mentor - IIMV-FIELD, IIM V). With over 1700+ registrations
for all the six events and about 80 to 350 attendees for each event, the
workshop was well received by the participants (average 4.5+ rating

out of 5 in each of the 6 events). We are happy to share that the reach
of our programs has extended to many colleges in AP and TG, India,
and a few participants from countries like Sri Lanka, Dubai, England,
Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives and Saudi Arabia.

Mentoring Sessions
IIMV FIELD organized monthly Mentoring sessionsin Junewith Prof. Sushil Kumar, IIM V (3 days); in July

with Prof.MohammadShameem Jawed, IIMV (2 days) and in August with MrP.B.Srinivas
(CEO-Srisaiagribiolabs, Alumni – IITM & IIMC; (3 days). Mr. Harsha Vikas Dhanalakota (Resident Mentor to
Startups at IIMV-FIELD) also joined in all these sessions. In addition to that, we also arranged 43 Ad hoc
Mentoring Sessions for the Startups with our mentors – Prof. Sushil Kumar, Prof. Mohammad Shameem
Jawed, Prof Deepika and Mr. Harsha Vikas Dhanalakota.
