DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
Dear Young Managers, Senior Leaders and Patrons,

I have pride and pleasure in sharing that our success in the capacity-building of
policy-makers, professionals, and practitioners, aspiring and experienced, has
been phenomenal.
There are many Government Ministries and Departments; and high-pedigree
Central Public Sector Enterprises that place their trust and confidence in our
capacity-building prowess. There are renowned private sector enterprises and
multi-lateral institutions for whom we are a preferred knowledge-partner.
Mastering with ease, the symbiosis between technology and pedagogy, our
brilliant faculty members have been offering, an impressive bouquet of
specially-curated programs, current with context and contemporary in content
in many sought-after concentrations. The fact that many programs run in
multiple batches, is a proof of their popularity. As many as about 3000
knowledge-seekers utilized the benefit of our programs, in 2023-24 alone!
We have on offer, carefully designed academic-title oriented, formal
qualification programs leading to a Certificate, Diploma or Degree; as well as
capacity- and skill-upgrade programs leading to successful Completion
Certificates. Capstone Projects in all these programs facilitate the application of
the knowledge and skills gained.

While short-duration programs up to two weeks are typically conducted on
campus, longer-duration programs use a judicious combination of online and
offline delivery mode (hybrid or ‘phygital’) bringing the convenience of “learn
while you earn” facility for working professionals who can continue with their
work schedules at their respective job locations, undisturbed.

Our programs span a wide variety of domain-, functional- and behavioural
competencies. They straddle policy, precepts and practice in strategy,
management, governance, regulation, thought leadership and impact
evaluation. With soft- and social-skills carefully integrated with system skills,
they are an enabler for the participants to expand their horizons, enrich their
competencies and enhance their capacities so that they are better-equipped to
optimally manage the resources, efficiently deliver the services and effectively
govern the organizations. Developing sustainable policies, devising inclusive
strategies and deploying robust plans for improved performance in the
workplaces are the skill sets that participants acquire with ease, in our
programs.

Our faculty members, with their impressive academic achievements, strong
research credentials and active industry-engagement are a positive catalyst
and a key contributor in the learning outcomes of our participants. The
pedagogy practised by them is conducive to experiential learning, involving,
besides class-room discussions, role plays, workshops, team projects, case study
analyses, simulation games, exposure visits, outreach activities and outbound
exercises.

In essence, our content-rich and practice-based programs are designed
innovatively and delivered imaginatively to build a pipeline of competent
professionals, confident managers and capable leaders for the business,
government, and society.
Our prestigious GRIHA 5-Star design-rating campus, set in serene and scenic
precincts is state-of-the-art and fully digitally-enabled. It is an ideal campus for
impactful learning as well as relaxation with rejuvenation. Access to unmatched
sports and games facilities, and visits to places of tourist interest in the beautiful
“City of Destiny” Visakhapatnam, are an essential ingredient of our programs.
