ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A 3-Day Workshop on 'Contract Management
and Dispute Resolution,' with the technical
support of the World Bank, was conducted from
March 21st, 2024, to March 23rd, 2024.
The three-day workshop is designed to delve into
crucial aspects of contract management and
dispute resolution. Throughout the duration of
the workshop, participants will engage in
comprehensive discussions and practical
sessions focusing on various topics including the
Essence of Contract Management, Overseas
Logistics & INCOTERMS, Legal Aspects of
Contract Management, Arbitration, Mediation,
and Conciliation, Estimation of Damages: Ways &
Means, and FIDIC contracts.
