PLACEMENTS
FINALS
The Institute, as is its wont, achieved a remarkable 100% placement record for the 8th graduating MBA
batch (2022–24). For the first time since its inception, the Institute received four international offers with an
average salary of Rs. 19.50 LPA. The overall average package stood at Rs. 15.64 LPA, with the median at
Rs. 15.50 LPA. Delightfully, recruiters recognised the exceptional potential of the students by offering higher
packages that reached an impressive Rs. 43.25 LPA. This is about 25% higher than last year’s Rs. 32.65 LPA,
a testimony to the talent pool of the Institute. In terms of percentile earnings, the top 10% of students received
an average package of Rs. 28.60 LPA, while the top 25% secured Rs. 24.62 LPA. Even the top 50% had an
enviable average package of Rs. 21.05 LPA. These achievements demonstrate the students’ high overall
performance despite job-market challenges.
Held on a rolling basis, the placement season witnessed around 177 companies participating in the process
and making multiple offers, with 117 new recruiters offering roles across various domains, including
Consulting, Strategy, Finance, Product Management, Analytics, Brand Management, Marketing, HR & IT, etc.
There has been a tremendous increase in the number of recruiters willing to partner in the placement process,
an indication of the institute’s rapid strides in imparting scholarship and skill sets of contemporary value to
the industry.
