who participated in the Campus Recruitment Process (2023–24)
SUMMERS
The summer placements were equally successful, with students experiencing exciting opportunities during
their internships. Recruiters showed confidence in our talented pool by offering the highest stipend of Rs. 2.40
lakh. The average stipend was Rs. 0.69 lakh, with a median of Rs. 0.60 lakh. The top 10% of students received
an average stipend of Rs. 1.58 lakh, while the top 25% of the batch secured an average stipend of Rs. 1.17
lakh. Even the top 50% of the batch enjoyed a stipend of Rs. 0.84 lakh. These achievements demonstrate the
students’ trust and confidence in their high potential.

IIMV witnessed enthusiastic participation
by new and existing recruiters spread
across industries and domains. The
summer placement season, which
was held on a rolling basis, saw more
than 163 companies participate in
the process and make multiple offers,
with 103 new recruiters offering roles
across various domains. IT & Consulting
sectors continued to bet big on fresh
talent, accounting for 26% of the
total offers made, followed by BFSI
(23%), Manufacturing (14%), EdTech & Education (11%), FMCG (8%), Retail (4%), healthcare (4%), construction
(4%) and other sectors (7%) like NGOs, advertising, etc.
