                              In this paper, Inventory policies for retailers' stocking patterns are modelled  in the
                              COVID-19 situation.The impact of promotional efforts and consumer service level on
                              optimal profit is presented.The optimality of the objective function is mathematically
                              proved  and validated  in  the  grocery  retail  industry.The  impact  of consumer  demand,
                              selling price, advertisement cost, and service level on a retailer's profit are modelled.
