In his inaugural address, Professor Chan-
drasekhar M (Director, IIM Visakhapatnam)
noted that the conclave had “an apt theme to be
discussed in this current time”.
This was followed by keynote addresses by
Capt. Pranav Prasoon on Day 1 and Sorabh Bajaj
on Day 2 respectively.
The event raised topics like digital Darwin-
ism, application of technology in HR, skill up-
gradation for staying relevant, importance of
CARE (Communication, Adaptiveness, Respon-
siveness, and Empathy) for successful change
