Manthan hosts annual HR Conclave, Virtual HRidaya 5.0

“Change is the only constant”. This adage is especially relevant during difficult times like the COVID
- 19 pandemic. This year, Manthan, the HR Club, kept the legacy going by organising ‘Virtual HRidaya’
owing to the limitations posed by the pandemic. The theme for the flagship event of Hridaya 5.0 was
“Change Management”, urging HR leaders from renowned companies to discuss two broad topics:
1. Towards a new HR philosophy - do the changing times mandate a changing role for the HR?
2. Changing nature of the workforce of the future.

With over 520 registrations from around 40 B-Schools, participants took part in the quizzes and case
study competitions. Campus Ambassadors from 16 B-Schools spread the word about the event, bringing
in over 250 participants.
