                                            District Skill Development Plan is a report submitted by each district

                                            annually to the Ministry of Skill Development, Government of India. The
                                            report provides recommendations as to which skill training programs

                                            should be provided to the unemployed youth in the district. The DSDP
                                            plan I have submitted for Kurnool district has been approved by the

                                            District collector.

                                            Assistant Director (AD), District Magistrate Madhepura, Director
                                            Employment, MGNF Madhepura, and Deputy Director (DD) Employment
                                            were present during the inauguration of an annual employment
                                            fair  at  Madhepura  district  .  This  job  fair  attracted  more  than  3,000
                                            participants, and over 500 candidates received offer letters on-site.

                                           Employment activities were on a halt in the district due to the pandemic.

                                           On 18 May, after three years, a job fair was conducted for the first time
                                           in the district of Madhubani. Candidates were registered on the National

                                           Career Service portal by the District Employment Office. Approximately
                                           2200 people registered for the job fair, and 18 companies participated

                                           in  the  event  and  offered  positions  in  a  variety  of  fields  to  qualified
